My shrimp egg fu yung was excellent. The sauce made me a little skeptical at first because it’s not they typical gravy that comes with it. But yes it was delicious and went even better with it than three gravy I’m used to. They stepped it up a notch with that one. I will always order from them. Their spring rolls even arrived crispy to the bite soo I’m very happy with my delivery. I will order more from them.
Steak and scallops, falcon roll, yellowtail roll, lettuce wraps. All around excellent quality, fresh food and flavor. First time here, very impressed with attentiveness of all staff. All servers and managers (2 seemingly) stopped by and cleared plates immediately, checked in, filled waters immediately. A rarity to see this high level of service and care. I thought the prices were fair as well.
Had a great experience at this place. The food was tasty, the service was nice and quick and the I liked the ambience. Don’t go by the facade of this place, it’s really well kept inside.

Ordered the moo goo gi pan, hot sour soup and side of egg roll. The hot & sour soup was delicious, not too spicy but does make your nose run. The egg rolls are delicious, slightly cabbage forward, just the way I love them. No carrots or bamboo shoots in the moo goo, darn... it does taste good, little heavy on the cornstarch.
Absolutely love this place my best friend and I eat here at least once a week! RUSS is the man! _ (staff) super super great staff all around! Everyone there from the front entrance greets you and are so warm and inviting! The cooks and kitchen staff truly are all masters! The servers are so kind! They are friendly they are meek and pleasurable to be around! We just moved here in January 2021 and now Chopsticks is my fav spot in town.
This is a FANTASTIC place! When our kids are given the "dinner of choice" it is ALWAYS CHOPSTICKS! Take out and dine in both are exceptional. We have never had a dish that wasn't amazing! Dine in: specials are fantastic; staff gives great recommendations on what to try! The mango Sake is great! Both the chinese entrees and the Sushi are our favorite! First time here, though I've passed by it for the last several years. I have to say this was an amazing experience. The staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. The food was the best I've ever had. The restaurant itself is clean and well laid out to keep the noise down. I had the best sushi I have ever had, and I've been to several sushi restaurants. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. This will absolutely be a place I return to frequently.
